Kaplan will take appropriate measures corresponding to the severity and extent of the emergency or crisis. SGCS do not provide after-hours crisis service. Counselling and psychological service after office hours are available through external community partners and have no formal connection to SGCS. Students are encouraged to contact SGCS the next working day during office hours after consulting these services.
