About the Organizer

The Global Shapers Community is one of several multi-stakeholder impact communities of the World Economic Forum. The Singapore Hub of the Global Shapers Community is comprised of exceptional young professionals who are emerging and accomplished leaders in the public, private, and civil society sectors. Shapers are united by a common desire to build a more peaceful and inclusive world, starting with their own communities.

Speakers’ Bio:
Regine is a graduate from NTU with a Bachelors in Business (Honours) and Minor in Computer Science and was recently the first and only Singaporean to have been awarded the TMG 24 Under 24 Leaders in STEM Award 2020. She is currently working as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, and brings a diverse set of experiences in strategy and engineering from companies such as Google, Mercedes Benz, Accenture, Enterprise Singapore and more.

Wei Ling is an experienced professional in the legal and tech industry. She graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor in Law. Weiling works in Deloitte, Hong Kong as a Paralegal and has also started several social enterprises to solve key issues in society. This includes Dialect Classrooms, the world's largest dialect school, offering free dialect classes and Keep CATS, an animal welfare rescue and policy research organisation. 

Nakul has over 10 years of experience working with top organisations to resolve their talent needs. As the VP of Business Development at Snaphunt, a predictive hiring platform, he spearheads revenue and growth in the company. He is also the Founder of The Gosto Foods Co. which makes plant-based artisanal condiments that are good for the planet and the consumer.


Felix is a student entrepreneur with an aim to create positive social impact through the work that he does. He founded Skilio, an edutech startup which captures and tracks soft skills development when he was in Year 1 in NUS. On the side, Felix also does youth development work with companies like Reactor to inculcate entrepreneurship skills among youth. In total, he has more than 300 hours training youth with the skills to succeed in the future.
